Performance
I wear the pants #1
Staged as a happening, guest were invited to one of the studio spaces at UBC Okanagan. Inside the studio "the artist" is standing behind a projector which is facing a cordoned off stage area. Once all the guest arrive an attractive young woman, "the model", who arrived as part of the group, leaves the group and walks toward the stage. Emerging naked she walks to the stage area to pose. Looking at the model, the artist begins drawing on a sheet of acetate on the projector. As he draws the lines are projected onto the body of the model, outlining and defining the the contours and planes of her body as the audience watches the drawing grow to eventually cover her body.
